Huskers flying out of LNK to compete in the 2024 NCAA Championships!
Nebraska Men's Gymnastics team will compete in the qualifying round on Friday, April 19, at noon (CT) in hopes to advance to the NCAA Finals which are set for Saturday, April 20 at 5 p.m. (CT).

This is 92 year old, Rosella (Rose) Booker Hirsch from Broken Bow. Last week LNK was notified by the U.S. Army that Lincoln Airport would have a GOLD STAR family flying to their Aberdeen Proving Grounds for a special ceremony and asked if we could do anything special.
So of course we rolled out the red carpet treatment. Our team ensured their parking was taken care of, assisted with getting everyone checked in for their flight, set up local TV interviews, welcome signs, escorted the family through security and exclusive access to our VIP Flyer's Lounge complete with snacks and drinks.
United was amazing, allowed the family to pre-board first and over the intercom read the back story on Robert D. Booker, Rose's brother who was tragically killed during WWII. Booker was awarded the Medal of Honor in 1943 for his heroic actions in Tunisia. Rose and her family tragically lost two brothers in the war.
Today we were honored to help them travel safely to Maryland where they will be recognized at a special celebration. The U.S. Army is naming their newest vehicle - the M10 Booker Combat Vehicle after Rose's brother, Robert.
A big thank you to Nebraska Army National Guard as well for helping us welcome this amazing Gold Star family to LNK. 🇺🇸⭐️
