Blackhawk UH-60 Helicopter
Main Landing Gear



Bemsco is a producer of parts for the Blackhawk UH-60 Helicopter including the Main Landing Gear. We have previously delivered thousands of these items over the past decade and are currently contracted to produce thousands more in the years ahead. All items are subjected to a 100% Pressure and Cycle Test performed in our FOD Free Clean Room to ensure compliance with Customer requirements. Due to our efficiencies, we have been able drive pricing down over the years saving our Customers a considerable amount while providing un-paralleled quality.

Boeing KC-135
Carriage Assembly



Bemsco is a producer of parts for the KC-135 / 707 Aircraft including the Carriage Assembly Center Flap. We have previously delivered hundreds of these items over the past decade. These Precision Assemblies are comprised of roughly a hundred components that range dramatically in size and scope incorporating numerous machined parts made from solid materials & die forgings; roller bearings, hardware items, etc. Several of the parts in this assembly are milled utilizing our 18,000 RPM Horizontal Mill, which significantly reduces the runtime and cost for our Customers. All parts are Assembled and Cycle Tested for accuracy in our FOD Free Clean Room.

Erickson S-64 Aircrane
Main Landing Gear



Bemsco is a producer of parts for the Erickson S-64 Aircrane including the Main Landing Gear and other Structural components. Bemsco utilizes Solid Models for the manufacture of virtually all machined parts. If Solid Models cannot be provided by our Customer, we will create them using Solidworks. The Models will then be used throughout the manufacturing process for tooling, cutter path generation, inspection path generation, etc. We likewise have an approved Digital Product Definition (DPD) Plan which outlines the management and handling of electronic data.
